Our aim is to help promote leadership growth in the senior living industry by offering leadership focused resources and support aimed at senior living leaders adn managers.

We understand the need for “technical skills” (e.g. regulations, Medicare, Medicaid, infection control, etc.) and the abundance of trainings and offerings for these; however, we recognize the importance of developing your “leadership skills” to better help you improve the lives of others.
